I've fitted it to my MTB and put the bell on the racer.
The reason.... Motorists bib at cyclists all the time
. Now I can bib back in a cheery manner 
. Also a motorist might not hear a bell in the event of a hazzard, neither would some of the dazed, gormless ipod sporting pedestrians who step out in the road in front of me 
.
The conclusion... I can now be heard in a hazzard. I can also give fair and courteous warning to other road users. Lastly if it raises a smile I've brightened someones day.
Has anyone else got something like this fitted? If you have what was your reasoning behind it?
