I realised why my ride back from work has been harder lately.

For some reason there is almost always a head wind on the way home. Fine. However we recently got a new uniform we have to ware. I opt for short sleeve shirts (don't like things round my arms). On the way in to work, with tail or cross wind, fine. On the way back however I noticed yesterday the wind blows up the sleeves and I might as well be waring a parachute!
Mystery solved, rant fin.

You need a couple of vents in the back - or compensate by riding no handed with your arms out (for full sail effect) on the way in.
