not surprised you are excited. Looks a fine steed indeed. But agree about the lock. I carried mine like that on my old hybrid and after one ride it had rubbed the frame finish badly. Shove it in your pocket. Would be terrible to mark that frame.

I agree the cables do let the bike down, not too sure what to do with them tbh.
The lock was left on after trip to the shop (i will lose it otherwise)

Will be looking for some mudgaurds for my commute.

Don't lock a nice bike like that up anywhere with that lock - get a proper D Lock

Will be riding tomorrow plan my old 24mile ride see how I do. Been 2weeks since I was last on a bike & todays ride home form the bike store showede this is a different kind of fitness from my old bike

We should have a Newbie bike thread in here. I know there's a photo section but Newbie steeds in here would be good.

This is my 2nd bike since I started riding again. I made the mistake of buying cheap crap from halfrauds (more of a money pit than a bike) hopefully this will give me years of joy
