KIWIAVENGER sold some ITM 2.4's a few months ago.

Whilst not the exact same wheel it might be worth a PM for his/her thoughts on them overall.

Has anybody any experience of ITM wheels, particularly the Aero 3.0. Traditionally ITM have made stems, bars etc, how are the at wheels?

And another small question would my existing 42mm stems be OK in 30mm rims or would I need long stems?

I'd get longer valve stems. I have 42s in my 24mm rims and there's only just enough left over to get the pump on.

There might be some variation in rims between different makers, but 42mm stems are quite tight in my Shimano 30mm wheels. Depends a bit on the pump head as well. 48mm specialized valves are fine. I couldn't get 48mm ones at one point and bought 60s. They work fine, but look a bit long.

Ive actually just put an order in for a set of the Aero 3.0 from Ribble + a pair of tires for the grand total of £238. Im in no way qualified to say if they are the best thing since sliced bread but there going to be a step up from the wheels on my Triban3! Shall put some pics up when they arrive and let you all know what they are like.
All I know is from my calculations Ill be loosing about 800g-900g on the weight of the bike!!

Very true haha. still its not just the weight its the aero design and also better bearings from standard so in theory lower resistance.
