*ISSUE SOLVED*'Can't insert photos - is there a help section?

Not sure if I have done something wrong, but no longer appear able to insert pictures. All the icon above the text box are greyed out and I can only attach photos as files. See attached file

(Which I could only insert once attached)

On earlier threads I was able to insert pictures fine into the message box

I use the Android app.

Is anyone able to help?

try clicking on of the [ ] boxes - they open up different options
