Is this what I need? (Wheel Bearings)

I been looking at this rear wheel and I think it can be trued up, but I am missing bearings and I believe, lock washer?

Here is what I have

Is this what I need to complete that picture?

Hub is a Shimano FH-M475

It kinda looks like I should also have some lipped ring over the cone too?

Excuse the rust I aint finished sorting it out

Yeh sort of cheers.... Looks like I need parts 10 and 5 and maybe 7. Fook can't find such a thing for sale

I wonder if I can butcher the other bikes rear wheel for compatible parts.... I shall have to hope so in the morning
