Short answer is... it depends on the size of the CO2 cartridge

An HPx will get you up to 130psi, but it starts to get hard work past 100.

CO2 cartridges are single use. Many inflators have a trigger for control, but it's not intended to prevent leakage over several days.

Note also that tubes are more porous to CO2 than to air, so you'll lose pressure over a comparatively short time. At a guess, if you had a puncture and inflated to 130 on CO2, you may be down to 110-115 by the following morning. It's not a problem at home where you can reinflate with a track pump before your next ride, but not so good on tour.

I use a topeak pocket rocket, it makes it to 100psi extremely easily (I stop there) and the blurb promises a max of 160, I can imagine 130 would be definitely do'able but that you'd be pushing quite hard on it by then.

it grips the valve well, locks solidly & sits nicely in the hand in use.

I have a road morph for my commute bike, brilliant bit of kit but to 130psi? Hard work with anything other than a full track pump I would think!

Just out of interest do you know why they bother making the 45g one?
The 45g seems to be more for motorbike/ATV tyres, it's also got a different tread to all the others. I'd removed the motorbike/ATV section from the chart I posted as it's not relevant in this parish - full version is here
