Is this fork steerer tapered?

I am looking to sell these forks, and I am unsure if I should be advertising them as tapered.
The steerer is 1 1/8th as per normal, but then at the bottom the fork is wider - the wider section is not the crown race which can be seen at the bottom of the fork.

looks pretty much straight to me (ie same size the whole length of steerer)measure it prop with a caliper

Tapered steerers widen to 1½" dia at the bottom. The photo doesn't look it does

It looks similar to one we recently replaced on a Giant avail which is a 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" tapered. What bike did they come from?

It's a normal 1 1/8th " steerer - not a tapered version.

The bit at the bottom is made wider to accommodate the steerer tube and provide strength. So to adjust for this the crown race has a slightly bigger internal diameter (30mm). This is the usual design.
