It's up for sale on eBay.

Second thread asking the same question.
No link to bike.
If it’s on eBay it’ll end up selling for what a buyer thinks it’s worth!
If it’s not selling, it’s priced too high for potentially interested parties

I don't think £300-£500 is a bad bet as suggested above.

It’s got bids at £205, will sell for what it sells for...
OP seller or buyer?
I am seller! I received a message for a man who told me I was under selling myself so just wanted to see if anyone knew any more. Just letting the bidding run so whatever it sells for it sells for 😊

In his opinion, he thought I was low-balling the prices. He thought that this was a one of a kind trike so his advice to me was to get on a cycling forum and ask for an appraisal and then to re-list it at a more appropriate price. He said he is not based in the UK but wouldn’t hesitate to make me an offer if he was! Of course there is still time left on the auction so cannot say as of yet about being undersold, just thought I was try and find a profession opinion

Hullo, so I'm the noble guy idiot both who messaged OP originally on ebay - let me explain myself a bit. (I know two new accounts showing up will look mighty suspicious, so please ask me for some kinda verification or check IP as needed).

I was browsing steel Raleighs and saw a firetruck red 531 Raleigh USA in my frame size potentially going for... 50 quid, I think? That surprised me. What double surprised me is that, from my real limited knowledge, was that it had brifters on. And some other stuff, like color coordinated bar tape and a bottle cage. That bike was taken care of, so I figured that whoever owned it would have wanted it in good hands (and whoever was selling didn't know much about it).

Anyhow, I checked the seller's account and saw two more 531s - a Barron and the aforementioned Barron trike. I've never heard the name Barron before (I'm not a Brit, so correct me if he's locally known). I googled and found out about Barry Barron's recent passing.

At this point, I figured there were two main possibilities: either the seller was related to the deceased, and thus I would feel bad about them blindly selling off three bikes, or (sorry, OP, it's really common) that those bikes were stolen, in which case, it was better that the cyclists get a look at these.

@meganx97 And also Ebay has a policy against "conducting sales elsewhere", so I figured I'd better not risk saying "no wait go to a cycle forum and list it in the sales thread instead".

So, I messaged the ebay seller (I did my best to explain it was about all three of the bicycles) and recommended they list on, quote, cyclechat or retrobike or reddit or something.

[I guess it's high time I made an account here, I've been lurking a while anyway.]

Thank you for taking the time to reply (great username by the way)!
I should have looked into these bikes more before I listed them. The bikes belonged to someone who had a big passion for cycling, so I will just be happy for them to go to someone who shares this passion 😊
