Is there a geek in the house?

All due apologies, but googling brings up only pages of 'how to' links that don't actually answer the question, so, does anyone know, if I've created one site on hostgator, and now want to create another - different domain/url, the whole bit - do I have to download Wordpress/Elementor/widgets again (from 'within' the new domain?), or do I just use the versions I downloaded and used to build site number 1?

I'm more than half-inclined to just re-download anyway - I think I have loads of surplus space. But it just goes against the grain if it is completely dumb & pointless.
