Is the smart superflash pulse legal?

As above, the smart super flash pulse mode, I've just got one with the pulse mode but from reading reviews it seems some have got a new modified version that complys with UK legislation and flashes all 3 leds at once.




Have to say it does work though!.

As far as i know the smart superflash has not been tested against any EU or UK regulations that make it legal.

I bought the similar smart bspoke light set (same back led's, different casing) and it said to be legal you should use the front on flashing and the rear on steady but I doubt you'd be pulled up for using the rear on flashing.
