What definitely didn't happen was an engineer doing to some Saturday overtime installing some Meraki switches at Oxford University Press, saw a bunch of pots with the nominations right next to a tub full of voting counters. Said engineer absolutely did not take advantage of the lack of OUP staff and grab a whole load of these counters and dump them in one nomination. That would be ridiculous.
