iPhone GPS Holder

Hi

I am a newbie who got my first road bike six weeks ago, Trek 1.5. I have really got the bug and have covered around 500 miles with my longest ride being 43 miles (slowly building the distance up and the pounds are dropping off, 15 so far).

Anyway I am getting a new IPhone 3GS and understand it has GPS on it. Has anyone used this phone on a road bike and can you recommend a decent holder for the limited space on the handlebars.

FWIW I use my phone as a satnav, a Nokia N73 rather than an iPhone, in conjunction with TomTom software, and don't ever look at the screen. I just ride with it in my pocket with earphones connected and follow the spoken directions, works for me. Trying to view a regular phone screen in sunlight is nigh on impossible, an iPhone screen might be better though.
