Internal gear cable.

I suspect that my rear gear cable is sticking and I would like to replace the complete set both inner and outer cables. However my Giant bike's cables run internally . Within the down tube the cable runs through a thin plastic outer cable. .thinner than the onse externally. I can't seem to find a supplier anywhere. Any suggestions?

i contacted a Giant supplier and they are able to supply at a cost of £8.00 with a 2 week supply wait. I intend to change the external inner and outer cables and see if that solves the problem. I should be able to check if the internal outer cables are an issue.
