internal cabling on carbon bars

About to order myself some new carbon handlebars and they have internal cable routing.
Has anyone had any experience with the cabling ?
Was wondering whether I could possibly get away with using my existing cables if I took care whilst removing them. Not much to go by in terms of online research believe it or not.

These particular ones have cracking reviews. They're not expensive, so if I feel they're not up to the job or suddenly feel or become dangerous, I'll bin them straight away.

These aren't branded so can't really mark them up as fake tbh.
Most carbon frames/components come from there anyway so I'll take a punt

I know 2 people who have been using chinese bars, so far so good. They are both big guys aswell. But as you say most carbon comes from out that way. That said i would not use them personally.
PS Get new cables.
