Can you explain a little more ?

You mean your arms are resting on the bars if holding the hoods - possibly too high. It's all very individual anyway, and that 'blogger' isn't someone I'd set a bike up with. Mine are all based upon Bernard Hinault's book.

If holding my hoods, and I'm pushing in some speed, I tend to keep my elbows in and tuck my wrists inwards - but this does mean my arms are very close to the tops of the bars.

Pretty much like you i think , sounds like i am over anylysing my fit that works fine a bit like a hypochondriac :smile:

Thanks for the link, I'd always followed the 5-8" below top of seat example, mind you that's from a boook that is 15 years old
