One of my pet hates, just seen the company I've got an ISA with has upped the rate on a new issue. They should automatically give the new rate to anyone who's already got an account, they're quick enough to do it when the rate drops.
For once I thought, what the hell, I'll open up the new one (4.8% vs 4.45%) and transfer the full balance. To my surprise, it was all done and sorted in an hour. Paragon for anyone interested.
