I've been commuting on the A232 for nine months and I'm wondering what lunatic "designed" the cycle lane/path/obstacle course as it runs through Beddington.

It's properly mad.

I'm sure there are other examples out there, but this one does my nut. Perhaps a mountain biker?

It's hard to see but it weaves from road to pavement, across intersections and around bus stops. It's the bus stops that really top it off for me.

Craddocks Avenue off the A24 is another nutty one. Who thought a clever system of chicanes and cycle paths weaving on and off the road around hem would be a great idea?

I mean, it's just fruity.
