I would be quite happy to stick around as I am now. 41 reasonably happy in my head and with life in general. In good health, reasonably fit and everything works.

..so we are talking imortality with an on/off switch here?

I mean whats the point in living forever if you are in agony or ill say?...but then what if you are having the time of your life and you push th ewrong imortality button by mistake? ...we'll need an immortality on/off switch with a safty catch I reckon...

No switch just that if we are going to be immortal I would be more than happy in my current state and would not want to be any younger and certainly not any older.

..yes but how would you know that you wont be happier being older if you never get older?

maybe put the switch in a safety case and put a padlock on it?

but what if you wanted to turn it off and lost the key???
