Hi

I've a new road bike but been using an old Mtb off road.

It's a decathlon vitamin r rock rider. It seems the bearings have gone in bottom bracket so I'm going to replace while wait for cycle to work scheme to open again next year.

I'm struggling to identify the parts. First couple pics show bottom bracket which is 72 x 127 in size.

Then what tool can I use to remove the locking cup in pic 3. On it it says 1.27 x 2.4

Any advice greatly appreciated

Thanks !

Location
Loch side.
That looks like the Campagnolo standard, even though the BB isn't Campy' ParkTool does make a BB cup tool for that BB but I wouldn't bother. Knock it off with a chisel and replace with standard splined type and cartridge BB such as Shimano UN 52.
