ideas for bikes

Hello

I am going out to Evans at gatwick tomorrow to look at a few bikes. Budget is £600-£700 could poss go a bit higher if the right bike comes along. I want a hard tail good front suspension tora etc good disk brakes and light. It's through r2w and has to be from Evans and just wanted a couple of ideas of good bike to look at to make sure I don't miss any. I know they will be able to tell me everything about the bike and guide me but just want to go in with a couple of ideas.

You won't get a bad bike for that money. Be aware that Pinnacle is Evans own brand so they try pushing that, they're not bad bikes and good value, but best to be aware when they try selling it to you. They got a good price on a Kona Kula on their website

so that looks like a bargain to me.

and i know its above your budget but you could get an Alfine hubbed Genesis for a bit more

Having just looked at the Evans web site the selection is phenomenal, so getting a good bike within your budget should be relatively easy. A hard tail with front suspension and discs brakes would also the range I'd be looking at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that's half the problem they have such a massive rage of bikes its hard to know where to start lol but i have a little list of what i want to look at and will just take it from there.
