A friend an I are looking for a cycling challange for next May/June, but we're struggling for inspiration! LEJOG has been mooted, as has London to Mt Ventoux, but nothing is really jumping out as being different and origional. A friend is riding the length of the Danube, so thats out as well. Any other ideas out there? We're looking for something which will take 10/14 days; ideally starting in the UK (so theres no need to fly); and ideally something which has a 'point' (as opposed to a random circuit or route). We're both reasonably fit guys in our 30s and are used to doing 50/60 miles in a day, so with training I guess we could look to be doing 80/90 a day by next May. This will be for charity. Suggestions please....
