i need some clipless bike shoes...help

Take a look on sites like Wiggle and Evans, you'll find some. When I started out, my first 'proper' shoes were from Lidl or Aldi. They were cheap, not bad - the stiffness in cycling shoes is really noticeable - and I used them with my first 'proper' pedals. Mountain bike style shoes have a grip and are better than race shoes on ordinary pedals.

Aldi bike stuff should be out any time now!

I have a pair of Specialized Sonoma, cost about £45, flat soles so good for walking but will take cleats if required.
