I use KEO Cleats, I did use 4.5 degree but found moving my foot 4.5deg to click out of them a pain. So I have dropped down to 0 degree, and I love them. Now here is the problem.
I get cramp in the right foot. I have been told its because I need to have my bike fitted correctly and others say some people can't cope with 0 degree.
Anyone shine light on this or had the same problem?

Its only a guess but I suspect your foot was wiggling naturally when you were pedalling when you had 4.5deg of float and now its held rigid so you are constantly putting load on one area, it may lead to knee problems also. Generally a little inconvenience is better than cramp or a knee problems but only an expert could really analyse your pedal stroke and advise you.
