I have a orbea gainD50 left it for two weeks went to charge white light stays on but not charging unplug from the mains totally dead 70% showing?

I have a Orbea Gain D50,left it for two weeks, went to charge not charging completely dead any ideas

What was the charge level when it was last used?

and how cold has it been in the meantime - although at this time of year it shouldn't be too bad!

and has anyone dropped it and all that (including innocent kids!)
