I can't inflate the wheel. The bike itself from Italy, Via Veneto
Some unknown type of nipple - neither auto (Schrader), nor French (Presta), nor Dunlop, I did not find anything similar on the Internet ...
There is a small iron pip (photo in the hand on the left) - but it does not fit into the adapter (as in presta) - I don’t know exactly what kind of adapter I use, but it is screwed onto the nipple without the pip normally. But I tried to pump and pressure was only created in the hose, I do everything as usual. Without an adapter, it does not fit tightly, the nipple itself is smaller than an auto (Schrader).
This pip does not look like a French one. On the pip itself no cap was implied (and was not, did not lose).
I watched a dozen videos on how to pump up Presta, but nothing works, it doesn't look like Presta actually.
Help, comrades, what the hell is this, I really want to ride(

Could be a Woods valve?
You could swap the tubes for presta valve ones?

It looks nothing like a Woods valve.
:welcome: I suggest the 'little pip' needs to be screwed back into the valve, and then screwed out a couple of turns. Then presta 'adaptor', lock on and pump.
Most (every one I've seen since the 70s) have a knurled nut which holds the threaded central pin tight after inflation but this seems to have 'top nut' which screws on.
Solution (if the OP "really want to ride"): replace with a presta valved tube. Enquiring mind: keep poking.
