Hi i need some targets Govt based on the benefits of cycling I have googled afew things NHS etc which has been useful, just wondered if anybody has some nice papers or articles that point me in the direction of ...cheers

No offence but the NHS and the government when it comes to fitness are a load of blatherin' quango junket junkies who can only see view targets as justification for their own self importance.
Have a look at BC.. if they want funding then they have to dance to the tune set.

Govt targets, ref 'The benefits of cycling' are measured in g/km CO2.

NOT health of the population.
