Hydraulic brakes that will fit on a 31.8mm bar?

I want rid of my BB5s on my Boardman CX Team. Do modern MTB hydraulic disc brakes come with 31.8 clamp sizes so I can run them as cross top levers on the top of my drop bar (not on the hoods)?
