According to the Beeb the car accident won't affect his training . But sorry Chris after reading the description I think you were partly to blame too. OK the other car shouldn't have been overtaking on the Chevrons but they were on the main road you were attempting to join

Is it a blind junction or hazard

Was he edging out to see past an obstruction?

Was edging out necessary and unavoidable?


The other driver was definitively in the wrong, but only if the report is accurate.

I'm maybe being cynical but I reckoned the report was sketchy on the facts and spun to make it look like that
