Hoy going for 3 Golds in 2012

I read this headline this morning and I am confused.

I had read that for 2012 each cyclist could only enter ONE event...how can Hoy target 3 gold medals??

I think you might be confusing the rescheduling of Olympic events to match the mens and womens programmes. This doesn't limit no. of events an individual can enter.
