Not surprised, look at the photo. Yes discs on the wheels but no calipers, not possible as there are no mounts on the frame or fork (possibly dodgy pic) either.

Avoid, if it's not stolen wheels on a stolen frame then I guessing at least disc only rims and therefore v-brakes won't work. It'll cost another hundred to either get the disc brake or v brakes to work.

Also I think looking at where the rims line up with the v-brakes, those are the wrong size wheels, should be 700c not 26".
