How to fit a gps unit on a trike

Hi, i'm looking to buy a gps(garmin or polar) unit for my ice sprint, but i'm having difficulties on finding where to put one. is there a special bracket i can buy or has anyone come up with a solution .(pictures would be helpful if possible). Thanks

Ie a hose clip or jublie clip to replace the clip the bar extender comes with.

Some insulation tape to protect the frame.

I have two bar xtenders on the trike, one for the front lights and other for the cycle computer and garmin touring GPS. You can just see the GPS to the left of the handlebar in the picture.

Cheap reversible solution

Appreciate I have a boom to fix to but a similar idea could work
 
I just used a Garmin handlebar "out front" attachment on the right handlebar of my Kettwiesel
Get one that allows rotation of the mount itself

Thanks guys, its helped me alot:okay:. The tablet mount is a great idea, i would be able to catch up on or my t.v when out training:laugh:
