how to blog?

I've had a good look around the site and can't seem to find out how to blog my training rides. Can anyone help at all? Ta.

so how many posts do I need to make before I'll be a "full member" so I can start to blog.........I'm itching to start and the more time I'm spending on here the more I'm getting addicted..............it's meant to be a nice little place for me to pop in now and then and I'm getting hooked getting my posts up
