I have a Carerra Subway One that I am final probably going to sell. Very sadly, as if you search for my comments on this forum and on BR you will see how much I rate it. I log all my mileage however and it did a massive zero in 2010. I bought it in October 2004.
2005 = 2140km
2006 = 2150km
2007 =1551km
2008 = 269km
2009 = 650km
2010 = 0km
The bike has had tons of upgrades so that the frame, bars and seatpost are original. The chainset and front and rear mechs are Alivio, the cassette and chain are good quality SRAM, brakes etc are all upgraded. Wheels are much better quality than the original and it has Specilaized Nimbus tyres. It has mudguards. Rack may be taken off.
It is an ideal all purpose commuter/tourer. I love it, but my max allowable is six bikes so am looking at a singlespeed that may get some use.
