So cycled just short of 700 miles in 7 and a half days, and felt great!
Got home, took the spd pedals off, put the keos back on, and removed the rack... Thought I had put the seat post back as was, but evidently not.
40 mile ride this morning and I have done the it band on the outside of the right knee
Got in and leg literally collapsed, wouldn't support me... Easier now, but still painful and doesn't bend easily or want to take weight.
I know rest is the answer, but anyone know if this is a 3 day thing or a 3 week?
