how long do drinks keep?

i usually make up 3 or 4 bottles at a time with a tab in each and shove em in the fridge to have over a couple of days.

just looked in fridge and theres a couple i made up last friday so ive just tipped em away.
Now im wondering if i shouldnt of done and if ive just wasted em for no good reason?

No major issue, just thought id ask?

Anyone have an idea?

water will last for months, possibly years. Juice/cordial stuff.. no idea.

Use within 3 days I would say Just to be on the safe side.

I have used Go after keeping in the fridge for a week with absolutely no issues.

Usually 3 days but a couple more than that won't hurt.

Depends what's in them presumably? Champagne goes flat quite quickly which renders it undrinkable

If it is just an energy/hydration formula then it will keep for a couple of weeks with out any problems, if it is a protein drink then you need to consume within 24 hours or it will go off.

I have some 1kg tubs of Lucozade sports drink powder that are a couple of years out of date. The tubs are well sealed (until opened of course) and I have been using them for a year or more with no ill effects. I don't keep the made up drink longer than that day's ride. What I don't drink on a day's ride I pour away.

That's fine as lucozade is only sugar and carbs with a few electrolytes so you wouldn't get ill any way
