Yes plenty of space to explore, probably best to avoid when West Ham are at home. Bear in mind the paths are mostly shared and on a nice day there'll be plenty of pedestrians, so you won't be able to hoon around

Yeah this. It's quite interesting but it's very much shared. Not that large but yes you can join the canal and cycle diwn to Canary Wharf. It's close to Victoria park which is nice and has a few decent pubs on the perimeter

was walking around there today. very busy with lots of families. Ride round to see it, but dont expect to be able to do anything but dawdle.

Sorry not sure. I never really like riding along the canal. It's busy, narrow and very stop start. I always choose the road so I'm afraid I don't know the routes very well.

No worries, just curious because when I was a yout' I used to ride along it. I know it heads towards that area and it would make sense that it would be.

I haven't been on the Greenway since the Olympic park was finished. Construction work and security concerns made the park itself inaccessible directly at the time. However, I just asked cyclestreets to plot a route from the viewtube, which is on the Greenway, to the velodrome and it looks like it now is. https://cyclestreets.net/journey/54431826/#balanced
