Yep, you just need a pedal spanner ideally, you can get them on ebay or at some LBSs.
There is a full guide here, along with a video guide:

It's one of the more simple jobs on a bike to be honest. Just bear in mind that each pedal thread goes in a different direction. It's all explained on that link.

Dead easy. You will need a decent spanner that fits the flats on the pedals. The right pedal is undone anticlockwise and the left pedal is a left hand thread and is undone in a clockwise direction. Most pedals will have L or R on the axle for left and right side. A smear of grease on the threads and simply screw them in and tighten firmly. I haven't seen them but I think some pedals are removed with an allen key, I expect someone will be along with more detail if so.

Remember that the left side pedal undoes to the right, and the right pedal undoes to the left.

Or another way to remember is with the spanner at the top, push towards the rear of the bike.

The way to remember which way to turn the spanner is that each pedal loosens by moving the top of the spanner towards the back wheel.

Although there are a few pedals that need a thinner spanner, a standard 15mm spanner should fit. I haven't had a bike yet that the Snap-Ons don't fit and you'll be fine with your Secteur.

The grease suggestion is a good one but don't do the new pedals up too tight. You shouldn't need anything more than finger tight as the pedalling action will keep them nipped up.

I remember that the right side pedal has the 'right' type of thread and the left side pedal has the 'wrong' type of thread.
