How do I post a picture from a web site?

In the Fridays 2013 tour I posted a link to an image using insert/edit image but it just posts the link and not the image. Please could you let me know the correct way to do this so that the image appears in the post.

It's because it is not a link to the picture, but a web page that has the picture on it.

If you want to include that image you need to save it to your computer (right-click and Save as ...) and then insert it with the upload button, like so:
