How do I change date/time on camera?

My gopro looky likey broke a couple of weeks ago, so I ordered one of these

Its not as good as the SJ4000 but its ok, but the time is wrong on the date stamp, cant work out how to change it. Can anyone give a dummies guide?

Also it only records in 3 minute segments, is it possible to change that?
