How do I add a pdf letter into a post?

I have a letter from the Ministry of Justice about sentencing in fatal road traffic incidents which I'd like to paste into a post (rather than copy type the whole thing). How do I do that?

I don't know if its a compatible file type but you try the 'Upload a File' button and attach it that way.

this is a roundabout way

do a screengrap, put it in to Powerpoint, save it to a picture format such as .jpeg or .png, upload it to photobucket, insert the photobucket link in to your post....
