Hot Balls

Now i have your attention.
Anyone else suffer from hot foot, the other half has been suffering with the balls of her feet getting really warm, what's the cure, have read a bit about it but there seems to be a lot of causes for it. any ideas.

Ice in socks! Does it cause pain? or is it only heat. Does it happen when she walks barefoot aswell as shoes?

Only when cycling.

Lighter shoes and socks? Been pretty warm lately

In that case i would recommend adding a sole to the shoe to make it comfortable, also maybe she could try using the middle part of the foot to relieve pressure from the balls

try a bit of myofascial release with a tennis ball

Shoes too narrow.

Shoe fit and double check the ball of the foot is directly over the pedal axel.

As most of the above, and make sure that the straps aren't too tight.
