Hope disk brake levers mounting snapped whilst in use - photos

I have a set of hope mono mini disc brakes on my MTB.

I was using it this morning for the commute because of the bad weather.

Whilst applying the front brake, the part which attaches the lever to the handlebar snapped.

Historically yes, if you sent it back on the 22nd March I'd chase it up, emails aren't 100% reliable IME.
