Got the opportunity of an Isaac 003 carbon front fork. 2 questions;

1. Recommended part?

2. Will it look silly on my bike?

is it the black forks on Gumtree you are considering? You may need to either change the colour scheme of your bike to match or paint the forks but i see no reason why you couldn't use them. Given that your bike is alluminium you will save a few grammes swapping the forks to carbon.

Make sure the steerer is cut on the long side like your current one.

Giant OCR4 has an alloy frame and steel forks.

Stick with the steel ones......be wary of cheap carbon forks on Gumtree.

I would but there is a slight bend in the fork I have already :-(

@emac1ennan I have a giant alloy fork surplus to requirements if you want to buy it, it is black in colour. Let me know the length of your current steerer if you are interested.
