Hollowtech II spacers

Hi,
I have a 68mm BB and a 68mm HollowtechII to fit. My query is, what spacers (if any) do I need to fit. Is there a guide or rule of thumb??

thats not very helpful is it! If we all had instructions, and knowledge, then know how would have no posts in it!

And also...instructions are for girls....We are men! When did a man last read the instructions for anything...
