I have the same principles myself, in fact it's the only reason I refuse to ride Le Tour de France, and other UCI races

Well, since I already did, I may as well think about joining the sportive!
Are they the same ones organizing the TT's you mentioned?

I did the 80k route last year, not entered yet for this year as not decided on the 80m or 80k yet depends on how much riding I get in after the baby comes. 80k is looking most likely unless he is a good sleeper.
