See link below, according to Emma Way it was not her fault: "Claiming the collision was Mr Hockley’s fault, she said she had been driving at 15mph and her road positioning was as far to the nearside as possible."
One assumes stopping or driving the correct speed for the circumstances was not her strong point..

This vile woman knocked someone off there bike, then tweeted her victory....all she got was a poxy fine!!
