I'am new to road biking and was wondering is there anyway I can higher my handlebars , the post is low with 2 spacers on it and because my seat is high I'm finding I want to raise my handlebars but can't

Hi Rick and :welcome: to CC.

Depending on spacers and steerer tube length yes you can.

If you have any spacers below the stem now you can swap it around and put the spacer(s) under the stem, this will automatically raise the bars a little.

You may be able to simply flip the stem through 180 degrees depending on the stem and how it's already fitted.

Depending on your view of aesthetics you could even fit one of THESE adjustable riser stems if things got that bad.

Post a pic showing your stem side on and then people can advise you from where you're at now.

You can also get non-adjustable handlebar stems with larger angles. I have a 35° stem on my tourer/commuter bike.
