Hi-viz clothing

Just bought some cold-weather clothing for work and saw these tops:

They look ideal for night riding in warmer weather.

I'm usually XL but have ordered three L ones.

They look pretty good. I bought a polo shirt with 3M reflective stripes on it. I'll wear it when it's warmer. Thing is, I'm not sure how well the 3M stripes will fair after several washes. Might start to lose its reflectiveness?
