Hi

I have been reading this forum for some time now and finally figured it was time to sign up.. I've just really properly started getting into cycling, i've been commuting to work etc for the past few years but just taken it up as a leisure activity recently. I find it much more enjoyable the past couple of years since i quit smoking.

Hi Welcome. I started as a commuter too and like you moved into leisure riding too. I have to say that those regular commutes installed a good level of cycle fitness that I am grateful for today.
